Images stay in your browser
Image tools on ImageAdjust run in your browser with the Canvas and File APIs. The pixels are not uploaded to our servers as part of compress, resize, convert, crop, or any other tool on this site. If you close the tab, the work is gone unless you downloaded it.
What we may store
Theme preference is saved in localStorage on your device (ia-theme). That value never leaves the browser through us.
If you send the contact form, we receive the name, email, and message you typed, and we may log the time and IP address to reduce abuse. We use that only to reply or to keep the form usable.
Hosting and logs
The web server and CDN in front of this site may log standard request metadata: IP address, user agent, referrer, and the URL you asked for. Those logs are for operations and abuse, not for building a profile of your images. We cannot log files we never receive.
Cookies
A session cookie may be set so the contact form can verify a CSRF token. It is not used for advertising.
Third parties
Pages load fonts from Google Fonts. Google may see that a browser requested those font files. We do not send them your images.
Theme preference, in code
This is the only client storage the tools write for themselves. You can delete it in the browser. It is not an account.

var t = localStorage.getItem('ia-theme');
if (t === 'light' || t === 'dark') {
document.documentElement.setAttribute('data-theme', t);
